I only spent about one day in Southern New Jersey, last week, traveling around the area before heading back north. I walked the Boardwalk (not at all what it used to be, but still brought back memories), checked out Caesars Palace, did not play anything there but ate at the Gordon Ramsay, had the fish & chips, paid out of pocket, it was ok but not something I will do again. Then we went over to Borgota to see what the hubbub is about; it's nice, not quite what I would call Luxury in the league of a Wynn property but certainly the top of the league in AC. I tried my hand at LIVE POKER in their poker room, I played about 3 hours $2-$5 Blinds NLH and finished up exactly 130 bucks, pretty much on the strength of 3 different pots won over the course of the 3 hours. It was a grind for sure, but that poker room is pretty good-PLENTY of room and action, might be the best thing in Borgota compared to other similar casinos. That covered our gas for the return home.

After 3 months of being placed in purgatory for only using my free play on VP, my free play has been reinstated along with reward credits. Lol, you can’t make this sh*t up. I earned more free play from offered daily games than they ever gave me.
