Timeouts? Report here

Please report the number of hands played in the contest at the point of the first timeout and each subsequent one. That will help greatly in locating the source of the problem.  It does not appear to be a server issue, rather something with the new contest implementation. Thanks!

61 hands Triple Line Super Double Double Bonus TIMEOUT.Exactly 61 hands later, I got another time out on the same game.  Looks like a trend.And once again, exactly 61 hands later, another timeout but I had switch to Double Bonus.I don't think we need to report further.  Three in a row with no exceptions.  It looks like it's a timeout every 61 hands.

I think I have isolated the problem thanks to MikeA's report.These timeouts shouldn't be occurring tomorrow (and if you refresh your game right now, the problem should hopefully go away immediately).

Yes Webman, they ONLY occur in the Contest mode...not in Beta Test "normal" mode.  I mean, they are only occuring during play in the three contests that are ongoing right now.

A new version of the triple play interface has been uploaded to the triple play contest.  Give it a shot and let me know if you have any issues after 40 hands or so. It should be much more stable now.

I ran more than 60 hands and didn't have any time outs.  Thanks WM.

We will implement the same new code set in all games if it remains trouble-free for the rest of the day.  That should help in getting the private challenges back online as well.  I know some people have been missing those.
