Finally, long losing streak is broken...

Went to the Tampa Hard Rock today with $250 in my pocket.  Started out playing DDB .25 and nothing much happened.  I noticed that the $1 pay schedule for deuces was a whole lot better than the .25 odds, so I switched to $1 one coin and went for it.   I figured if I hit a Royal at least I would get $250 back.   Fifty bucks into it the machine went crazy and shot me up to $40.  Switched to 5 coins and hit 4 deuces for $1,000.  Played DDB $1 with the rest of my money and hit 4-4s for $400.  Gathered up my money and drove home with a smile of my face.  Man, that was a loooong bad dry spell, but I'm glad it's over.  Whew!!

That would have been me a couple of years ago.  I've had so many losing sessions in the past few months that I ran like the wind for the door.  When my original $200 bucks is gone, I'm out of there.   I'm still enjoying my windfall.  I'm going to give it a try later this week and we'll see what happens...

Well good luck Phil! Its always refreshing to see someone who talks about how they really do instead of impressions given when posting pictures of the big wins sometimes. Id post them myself except that I rarely hit anything worthwhile. At least there isnt one of those Royal Flush threads here like on a different forum where anyone can claim they hit them whenever they feel the need for attention.
