Cancel Gold Membership

I would like to know if I sign up for the Gold membership  and I decide that I want to cancel, could this be done and how?

Yes, canceling your gold membership is a simple process.  You will click on "my account" then "billing information."  There will be a button there that says "Cancel Gold Membership."  Click that, and you will not be billed again.If you just want to try it for a short time to make sure you like it, I suggest getting the monthly plan as opposed to the annual. This is because you pay in advance and when you cancel you will be able to continue to use the Gold membership until your next billing date, and you are not refunded for the time that you have not used. This is only intended to be a summary to answer your questions so please also read the terms and conditions.

Did you try emailing support? I have sent your login information to your email and if you still wish to cancel we can take care of that as well. Just let us know in the email.

Since we didn’t hear back from you I have cancelled the subscription so you will not be charged. You will need to upgrade to Gold again if you wish to use it in the future.
