Billing Issue (solved)

I have paid my gold membership for this month but the site has still not upgraded me to gold again. I must have caused some kind of glitch by updating my credit card on the same day as the billing date. Yesterday morning I reentered the info and the videopoker.com web site said "server busy please try again", but I got an email from billing saying the charge had went through and provided me with the order # and Auth code. I am still unable to play gold games. I sent an email to  billing@videopoker.com

with the payment info yesterday but have not heard back. Can you help? I miss playing Dream Card.

Try it now... you should be all set. Keeping your billing information up to date in the "my account" area (top-right of home page) should avoid this problem in the future. It looks like it was indeed a conflict with your previous expired card.
