Sorry, guess I should have posted here instead of contests. Here is the problem.

I'm trying to enter the 7-star tourney and each time I click on a game (multi-strike) I get the following message: "You have another 7 star game in progress that must be completed."

Well, no I haven't since I have been unable to enter a game. I haven't even tried to enter any other game besides multi-strike.    

It looks like you didn't finish your last 7 star session... last month. You should be able to play now, and I'll make sure those get cleared out appropriately.

Thanks. Last month my first game locked up and I was unable to play. Since I had just returned from vacation and and it was the last day of the round to qualify for the semi-finals (the 26th), I just let it go. But thanks again for fixing it for me.
