LOL, thanks. I also get plenty of exercise walking around town and through the casinos. The straight flush has arrived about three times more often than average over the past three months. I cannot complain about that hand's absence. Yesterday it justified my time investment when I could barely squeeze a buck out of Caesars. I racked up eight useless Tier Credits.

Played .50 SDB for 3 hours at Borgata yesterday. Probably 600 hands per hour. One damn quad in approx. 1,800 hands. I have said before that I feel the new server based units that I played on yesterday seem to be much different(severe cold streaks) than the older slant tops at Borg over by the Amphora Lounge. The Borg was very busy yesterday, so I couldn't get on any of the slant tops and settled on the server based Game Kings. Cost me. Next time I will get there earlier and make sure I can get on one of the slant tops.

Sorry, Car. Borgata was a zoo yesterday. I know which machines to avoid there after my own recent beat down. What was your actual loss, if I may ask? If I don't quad in 400 hands, I am climbing the walls. So the anxiety must have been at crisis level. I had a severe cold streak at Harrah's recently with the same one quad in three hours. I lost $45, and I got off easy. I assume you didn't win the $1500 free play promotion either.

Yeah, lost $600. Kept thinking, this can't continue, things will turn around in a big way. About a month ago was down with my business partner who won $650 in a short session on these machines. He hit Kings, Jacks and several 2's, 3's, 4's. So maybe things are just random and I was unlucky.

Yeah, lost $600. Kept thinking, this can't continue, things will turn around in a big way.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I thought the same during my nosedive. I lost thirteen times less but was still numb for a day. When the machine turns on players after hours of lenient play, time for happy hour. Instant happiness as soon as you stop playing.

I had another win then give back day yesterday. Fed up final straw. It's resolution season, and I'm taking control. I finally gave in and ordered the final solution: a lockbox. Leave keys home, insert funds in narrow slit, enjoy remainder of trip. It will pay for itself in one visit! I can finally stop the self sabotage.

Sounds like a good resolution to me. Happy New Year too. Just remember to leave the welding torch, wax with key impression, pry bar, and magic wand at home. Also don't test the skill of any of the boardwalk magicians to open the box. Some of those guys are really good. Best for 2016....Olds.....Sounds like a good recipe for me too. Oh...I forgot FAA. I already have one the Mrs. The problem is she is not with me on about 70% of the trips. I wonder if they make one wallet size of something that can fit into your pocket. Just answered my own question. Typed in a couple of key words and up popped the " Gamble Box " and a couple of other similar ones. Boy I bet the casinos hate those things. Sounds like a good WTG for me too.
Edited again....Having an inventor's mind, but never bothering to patent anything, I would offer one with a built in mini job game on the box. The only way it would open would be if you hit a dealt Royal. You could play it till your heart's content at the bar, your casino room, lounge or lobby at the casino. It wouldn't cost you anything and if you did hit hit the dealt Royal on the box, you would deserve to have it opened and reap the temporary reward inside.

Olds, this thing is a godsend, based on the great reviews by all the other spendthrift degenerates. One clown broke into it with a screwdriver, lost $340 and broke it. But I have no tools on trips.

I had a decent MLK day in AC. I turned $25 voucher into $45; two quads. Unfortunately, I then lost $20 at Bally's whe attaining my third quad, and it was my only full pay one. Did not use safe.
