The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again, but already it was impossible to say which was which.

I believe there is a difference between Racism and Prejudice. Every person on the planet is prejudiced to one degree or another. All it means is that we pre judge people. Racism is much more sinister and is a word that is thrown around too quickly.

How do you prejudge a person? Their appearance? Skin color? How they are dressed?
A guy I have a lot of respect for told me the key to his success was he tried to never underestimate people.

Oh come on Bill. I bet you prejudge some people as Trump supporters. I wouldn't be one because I'm a professional engineer and look the part.

Sometimes political affiliation doesn't need much perceiving. There was a guy on my plane with a shirt that said "Trump 2020: Make Liberals Cry Again." I prejudged him a little bit. And found him guilty of hilarity.

I'm not saying you prejudge people by race, but appearance, dress, vocabulary etc. We all do.
