Ultimate Dream Card Fantasy

How insane of a game would it be if Ultimate X and Dream Card were combined into one game. Think of the possibilities? How high of a premium would the wager have to be, 12-15 coins/hand maybe? Or how would the pay tables need to be modified? The big hit freequency would definitely be quite high. Would be very exciting I think.
