OEJ @ FP in midwest? 99.98%

I checked vp2free but cant seem to located any fp oej's in the midwest. Wondering if anyone has info.
The selection of that particular paytable as full pay is kind of weird. That paytable never existed before a couple of years ago. The paytable you should be looking for is the old 100.28% one. You can find it in many MN casinos (Both Grands, TI, Jackpot Junction, ???) ... maybe others.
The only place in Vegas where I've found it is Skyline.
