Hi all.  I'm a new member as of today, but have been playing VP for years, using Bob Dancer's software as my guide. Now that we have casinos in Florida I am able (unfortunately LOL) to play on a regular basis.  The pay tables are poor for the most part. Now, for my questions...
 
1.  Theres an Ace$ Bonus game with the following pay table:
 
1/2/2/4/6/10/25/40/80/250/50/250
 
This site says that the 1/2/2/4/6/10 pay table has a total return of 95.36%.  Is this correct?  Does the entire pay table match the one above? 
 
2.  In the "Find a Game" section of this web site, under Florida they list Pompano Park Racing and they say there are four 3/5/10 Play machines.  What does this mean?  Does it mean that these four machines have good pay tables?
 
3.  I wrote to Isle of Capri via the web.  I thanked them for opening a beautiful casino (blah, blah, blah) but I mentioned that the 92.09% casino payback was terrible and that the video poker pay tables were bad too, even on the higher denomination machines.  What do you all think about writing to these casinos?  Do you think it's a good thing to voice these types of things?

On your Question #2, (Pompano Park Racing and they say there are four 3/5/10 Play machines) I think those are what we call multi-line machines.  These are games where you are playing 3 lines, 5 lines or 10 lines instead of just ONE line.  The pay tables are not referenced in that statement.  Those could be anything from horrible to wonderful just as are the other games you mentioned except that the effect is multiplied by the number of lines you are playing.Hi all.  I'm a new member as of today, but have been playing VP for years, using Bob Dancer's software as my guide. Mike - Yes, I know what triple play is, etc.  I was just wondering why they mentioned only those machines at Pompano Park.  There are plenty of single-line machines too.  I will have to check the pay tables on the multi-line games.  I expect they will be poor just like the single line games.  I figured out all the returns and the best return on the single line games is 96.77% Dueces Wild.  Awful.  I might as well play slots!

Hi Faygo.  Thanks for the welcome.  I guess you're right.  Not that they listen, because I did receive an e-mail that my e-mail was forwarded, but nothing since.  I bet that the person who received the e-mail knows nothing about poker paytables, but I could be wrong.  Someone had to set them at that low percentage!

The BP is only true BP at the $1.00 level, and is 6/5.

Does BP stand for Bonus Poker?  If so, I'm guessing the statement is made because on the bonus poker games at Pompano they remove some of the hands that are usually in Bonus Poker.  They are slick.  There's no mention of the multi-line game pay tables, but I'll be checking them out tomorrow night when I go.

The info is updated whenever the casino monitor has time or when someone sends in information about the casino. This varies widely from casino to casino as you would expect. BP does stand for bonus poker and you are correct in your assessment.
 
Not all games will be provided. Normally, only full pay or the best paying games are listed.
