Dream Card Poker

This is why I can't get this poker is random and not programed out of my head. On Deuces Wild Dream card you can call the card before it opens so there for it is programed and the program knows all cards in that hand in order to give you the dream card you need to make a winning hand. So if Dream card can be programed then why not all Video Poker? On pay tables if I can find 9/6 Jacks or Better then i am playing one of the best games at the casino?
