Last thursday night got yo ballys about 8 pm. got a bite to eat and hit the machines. No luck on the quarter plays so went to the $1 progressive down by the west bar. Progressive was at $4019 so figured it was just hit.
Stuck in a $100 and 3 plays later hit the royal for $4020. Got paid after a long wait and headed for the high dollar area. Stuck a bill in the $5 triple bonus and hit 4 3's with the kicker for $3000 moved over while they were geting my money and stuck in a bill and hit 4 kings for $1250. What a great night. The rest of the trip wasn't quite as good but I did manage 4 Aces with the kicker on the $1 progressive at Paris for $2000. and 4 Aces 3 other times. Planning on a return trip in June for our aniversary and hope for the best

I shudder to think what the paytables were for the average hands as the bonus higher hands are about the same on any machine, ie; quads, SF, RF and quads w/ kicker. Was this about 7/5 or 6/5 at the $1 level?

That sounds like the words of wisdom you find inside a fortune cookie.

Joe - I remember a man in the aviation industry was once asked how to become a millionaire in the aviation industry and his reply was: " Well, first you've got to start off with a billion dollars." Good luck, Ted.

Was that Howard Hughes that said that?

I don't think it was Howard Hughes, for some reason I'm thinking it was Sir Richard Branson of Virgin Airways. Ted.
