Best Trip Ever

Got to the Taj around 845-checked in easily. We didnt have a big bankroll so we decided to play our cashback and a small amount of our bankroll-all together around $525 . They were offering me $250 in comp dollars for 20 points of play.
We played the cashback in a few dollar video games (we play from 5-10 lines $1 per line) OK nothing. On to VP.
Sat at Triple Poker and on the 4th or 5th hand held 2 Aces and got the 4 Aces for $1200. Played a little more with nothing to show for it so we decided to play more of the bonus round video slots.
We played this game that in the bonus round every round your multiplier goes up. We got 8 free spins. On around the 6th spin we hit for $1000 and then we retriggered. Its all a blur now but on around the 12th spin we hit BIG! Our total for the bonus round was-hold on to your hats-
$24,925.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH MY GOD! My dream of asking for a check came true! I got a check for $20,000! Security walked us to our room to squirrel away the check and some of the cash. We played till 2:30AM and ended the day with the check and $3300!
On Saturday we played all day getting 2 more handpays all on video slots and I earned enough points for me to be in the Signature Club! Got my new card and went to the club for drinks and a snack. Really nice-baby lambchops, filet mignon, Jumbo shrimp and crab claws (they also had cheeses and fruit and sandwiches and salads and desserts) Played a little more and ended the weekend with $22,000 and our bankroll almost completely intact!
They had a lot of stuff going on for their 20th anniversary-great giveaways (we didnt win any of them) tee shirts and towels that they handed out in the Sultans Palace, and they walked around with choc covered
strawberries.
We saw 2 movies-
Up In the Air-great movie-George Clooney and Anna Kendricks were wonderful.
Defendor-a goofy movie with Woody Harrelson that got under our skin-I actually cried at the end.
Room service for breakfast and we were outta there! What a great trip!
