Tomcat Strikes Again

Flush from my recent Vegas success, I headed down to Parx Casino outside Philly the other night to take advantage of a generous free play and match play offer. After coming out a few bucks ahead in blackjack, I headed over to the VP machines. The games seem to play a bit tight, and have bad paytables around 96-97%. However, with $450 in free play offers for March it has been worthwhile enough to head down there three times thus far to take a shot. About 30 minutes into my session, I was shocked to hit another Diamond royal (same suit as the progressive I hit late last month in Vegas). Also got a straight flush and several quads -- including 4 2s -- after the latest royal, and took most of the profits home with me. Will try to complete the Royal triathlon on Thursday in my ongoing attempt to hit the quarter progressive at Caesars AC ...

Larry, yeah (sigh) I guess so ... haven't hit often in spades. Seems like Diamonds or Clubs for me ... in fact, my last three 25c royals have all been in Diamonds, coincidentally (at Rio, Ballys LV and now Parx)

I have to say TT you are on a roll, an they say, " Diamonds are a girls best friend" thinking that lately they've been your best friend. Congrats! Thanks for the picture it speaks a 1050 dollars.

Thanks, Doris. Feeling pretty good these days, this might just be the time. My friend who usually goes with me was down there the other night and had just sat down at the progressive bank when the lady next to him hit the royal. As soon as he saw that, he took his card back out and walked away!
