Just returned from a wonderful 8 day trip to Vegas. I went over to the Palms last Sat. night to have dinner with cousins, and while I was waiting, I started playing Wheel Poker. I thought it was nickels (just killing time) when all of a sudden, on a 2 card hold, a royal popped up. I was happy of course, but I thought "Shoot, just nickels" instead of my usual quarter play. Well, surprise, it was quarters and I eventually cashed in for $1680. Really fun. Also, found a new highly addictive game..3 card poker. Cashed in quite a bit on that. Palms has it and so does Gold Coast. Rio had one machine, but it did not pay. Won more than enough to pay for my trip, plus had a great time. Just thought I would share.

Is this the same as the "3 card poker" table game?

And I wish I could hit a big hand while playing a game 5X higher than in my mind...nice hit!

Vman..it is easy once you get the hang of it..first 5 cards dealt, 3's or better you get paid..if you get a super dealt hand, you get mega win..then you make the best 5 card draw hand, then, say you get 3 aces on the 5 card draw, the last 2 cards dealt, you can make the 4 aces. You can play quite a long time if you get something on the deal. It is so much fun.

Oh do you mean 3-Way Action?

From Dec. 2012 at Rio:

I played the machine for a couple of hours while getting drunk for "free", and I thought it was a lot of fun too. I had to shortplay though because I'm not playing $4.50 a round that's too rich for me. If that king would have been a 2 or 3 instead, I would have won 4000 credits ($200).
