Sweet C surprised me yesterday with a trip to Coushatta to celebrate my birthday. While getting gas I found a New Hampshire state quarter on the ground. I told her it was a lucky sign since we had been talking about our first retirement trip to New Hampshire to see the fall colors.

We talked about what we'd like to hit on our way over and how long it had been since we had a dealt RF. My last dealt RF had been in 2011 when I hit a dealt RF on 25 hands on Jan. 1, 2011; then miraculously another dealt RF on 25 hands on Jan. 28, 2011 and again on 20 hands on Sept. 20, 2011. Three dealt RF in one year. Sweet C hit her last dealt on my birthday trip last year.

Luck was not with me during the evening and I headed to the room. I told her to hit for couple $K and I'd come back down. Hitting big on 50¢ she moved to $ and luck was with Sweet C as she caught this beauty.



Coming back down to play with a new bankroll, i began on my favorite 50 play machine and caught this incredible birthday gift. Believe in the power of positive thought, premonitions, and LUCK!!!!

unreal......absolutely unreal......I'm properly ecstatic for you and the lady Larry, truly.....but good gravy!  How the flip do you manage to grab all these amazing hands so consistently???   I have not posted about my LAST trip to AC (December 10 thr 13) because it was truly a hideous, awful spectacle in terms of VP, and when I see posts like this, I am truly embarrassed......I've never been to coushatta, so I cannot compare it to AC......but after reading so many reports of trips to localized realms of casino play in places I rarely if ever visit (like Biloxi and the gulf coast, and the midwest, and the south etc.), plus my own very extensive play in Nevada, I can draw the same conclusion I have from the beginning:   SOMETHING REALLY stinks with AC video Poker performance that does not exist elsewhere in the country, and it most certainly has to do with AC allowing (whether intended or not and whether "correct or not") video poker to be classified as "slots" and allowing casinos to screw with the games in ways other places do not.....no other explanation.

Great trip LL I am sure you are glad you bypassed Golden Nugget & Lauberge. I liked GN except for the loud music. We plan on going back to Coushatta this weekend. Wish us luck
