Does anyone connect a particular sporting event to a memorable video poker session? I was thinking about this as I watched Michigan state play Louisville for a final four birth today. In 2005 I hit for the first time and only time for two hand pays in a row. It was at mgm Detroit and the Michigan st Kentucky game was on for a final four birth. I hit for 1250 both times for quad 10s and then quad 7s right after the first hand pay. I remember watching the game waiting to sign the w 2s. Every time I watch Michigan st play for a shot at the final 4 I remember that video poker day. I also remember the two times I've hit $5 royals in my life there were games on in the background. In 07 there was a Yankees white Sox baseball game and in 2014 seahawks broncos pre season football.

I watch a good amount of sports, but I have not been playing VP very long, but I hope a memorable VP and sports moment can happen at the same time.

I was playing VP when the Patriots where facing the Raven in the divisional round. When they ran the now illegal option play with Edelman throwing the ball for a TD pass to Amendola I literally stopped playing VP and decided to finish watching that game elsewhere.
