Just got back from dinner at one of our local Native American casinos. I've been trying out Florida Phil's Cheap Video Poker method of playing lately, usually hitting a quad deuce about every other visit with my girlfriend hitting them too. Today, I had put my 3rd $10 bill in and was dealt this Royal after hitting another hand that warranted a max coin bet. This system keeps my bankroll losses WAY lower than my old way of playing max coin DDB. Guess I'll keep playing his system for now! Thanks Phil!

Nice hit! The Fooler Deuces pay table warrants the use of Phil's strategy. Good thing you got the max bet one which is 1/6 of the time.

Sweet! I was able to win a grand myself recently using Phil's system as well. $1 denom betting 1 credit, bet max a couple times after hitting a straight flush. Dealt three deuces, got the fourth on the draw. Couldn't get a picture, too much security in the area. XD

Nice!  The Cheap Strategy was developed to counter the "Fooler Deuces" pay schedule. This is the most common stinky quarter Deuces pay schedule we run into.   It's nice to see someone post proof that this strategy works.  I've been posting my pics for two years and there are still a lot of doubters.  It's not the ultimate strategy (nothing is), but it works much better in games with odds lower than 98%.  Thanks for posting!
