Most unbelievable video poker stories

I just thought I would share a couple video poker stories that I had in the past.
One time I was playing a triple handed game. I was dealt 3 tens then on the draw all 3 hands drew the 4th 10. I wonder what the odds of that are.
Next story I was playing DDB single hand game. I had 3 consecutive 4 of a kind hands. The odds of that also have to be great.

Any other members have stories to share?

Just happened last night here playing the weekly contest, quick quads. Pretty much the same story, held 6c, 5c, 6d, 6h, drew Ah,Ah,Ac. Such things draw my interest as well, seems relatively common, just not common when you need it.

Maybe you are in the inner sanctum but you just do not know it yet.

Was playing 25 cent DDB and got 2 4oak back to back. No kickers, just paying $62.50 each hand. Haven't had that happen again, but keep trying...
But have been deal a Royal too...

Any other members have stories to share?Pr (drawing quads on all three hands) = (46/1081)^3 = 0.00007705 = 1 in 12,978.  (I have done this once too).Pr ( 3 consecutive quads) = 1/(420^2) = 0.00000566 = 1 in 176,541.  (I've done back to back a few times, but never back to back to back). The probability for 3 consecutive quads is approximate as it varies slightly depending on the paytable.

Here's a list of interesting things I have seen. Two royals within 30 minutes of each other two days in a row.Three quad deuces on the same machine in 15 minutes.5 dealt royals so far in my lifetime. An $800 dollar quad aces on the way out the door with my last $5 bill.Nice memories!

My most memorable story is when I saw a lady hit Quad Aces back to back to back. It was an old coin hopper machine long time ago so they had to refill the hopper in between hits. Or the time a guy was dealt a royal on .25 100 play for $100,000 in NOLA I was sitting right next to him.

As for my personal I was leaving the casino as in walking to the door and decided to see if I had any free play on my card. Stopped at a machine I normally don't play and I had $5 on my card downloaded it and drew a RF for $4,000 and left.

Not nearly as exciting as the above stories. But, I was playing a promo that ended at midnight. From 11pm to 12, I was dealt 4 to RF and had a one card shot at a RF a total of seven times. Missed them all, but it was a tense hour!!

Randomness guarantees anything could just happen.

I have written about this before on this forum, but I love to re-tell it. :)
In 2002 I was visiting on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and played VP at the Treasure Chest casino. I hit a 50 cent royal for $2000. After I was paid, the attendant asked me to play a hand to clear the machine.
I was dealt 3 to the royal and I joked, "It would be pretty funny if I hit it again." Well, on the draw the other two cards came up for back-to-back $2000 royals. Never before and never again.
As a side note, three years later that casino was completely destroyed in Hurricane Katrina.
