Finally a nice hit at Mohegan Sun

I think I owe this one to LL who messed with the karma for me. Who says lightning never strikes twice....Friday nite at 4 am I hit for another 2400. This time it was the ROYAL playing Bonus Deuces wild spin poker. Playing 3 lines. This is the machine that returns 98.8% and 800/1 for even bet 1. Anyway, the machine had been good and I was just a bit ahead. I upped my bet from 1 to 2 per line...still stayed good....upped to 3 per line which is steep for me at 9 bucks a pop. One minute later bam on the bottom line of the 3 lines. I was dealt 3 high spades without any deuces and the other two appeared. After the hand pay, I broke my prior record for the 90 yard dash getting out of there. Well, not really. Stopped for a bagel and coffee then broke the record. Now I do have a nice dent in my 2016 prior track record. Who cares....but still Royalless on the deal line or center line on spin poker. Well over 800k hands now. Might go late tonight as I have a comp room I forgot to cancel. If so, it will be easy does it on the throttle.

The encouragement from the gang seems to still be working. As posted, I went up last night and take it easy. Played the same dollar Bonus Deuces Wild machine. Three lines at one per line. I was only down about sixty bucks or so when another Royal appeared after a 2 card draw. This time it was on the top line, but it was still in spades like the last one. Took my 800 which was not a hand pay and played out the remainder of the original hundred I had put in leaving me with a real nice 700- to the upside.

Glad your good fortune is continuing.

I guess lightning struck thrice for me in the last week or so. Played overnight at Mohegan Sun and hit two more hand pays. 1600 on DDS when quad deuces were dealt and 2400 bucks on that dollar spin poker all star machine playing Bonus Deuces Wild and hitting the deuces on two lines. I also had two smaller but nice nits of 500 and 700 on the DDS machine. At least now I can say I have a major dent in my 2016 losses. The funny part is that try as I might for the last several years on 99% machines playing millions of hands, all they did was smoke me big time. These 97.2-98.8 machines have rewarded me where the full pay machines have failed. I can't explain it so I will just have to charge it to good luck and bad luck. I think my sample of several million hands is big enough to raise suspicions on the full pay games, but since I can't do anything about it except stop playing them, I will have to let it go. I have said all along that the quad deuces seem to come along right about on schedule at Mohegan, it is just the Royals that at least in my play and several others I know are mostly absent. The good part is I walked out of there leaving only a hundred bucks of the above hits behind and was able to help out a very good friend having a tough time financially through no fault of his own as well as give a little more to one of my favorite charities. It is funny that when I went into the casino during the last couple of weeks, I had these intents in mind should something hit and then it did. The only downside to the trip which I can live with is someone sideswiped my beloved old Saturn in the parking lot and of course left no note. Just a lot of white paint and scrapes on the side of my car which up until now looked like new. I'll buff it out the best I can. Thank goodness it was a Saturn with the plastic sides or I think I would be replacing both the door and quarter panel. I still remember the original ads where they they smashed the side of a saturn with a sledge hammer and there was no damage. Wish they still made them. I would buy this car new all over again. 330k miles on the original drivetrain. She is tired though, but still faithful.
