Re: The Path
Stable Sunday. I won $36 on $25 JOB FP. Wish I’d quit. I gave it back. $62.50 quad early and returned. A $25 quad at adjacent machine stabilized me. I won $25 table FP on a five point hit. Harrah’s lunch. Twice burned, thrice shy. Net Day: +$8. I took many $2.50 shots at $2K. 16 TCs, $800 coin in. Just a Sunday test drive. I got more $20s at TITO. Only one hundred; rest twenties. Post if something constructive. Don’t just post to post and spawn discussions among yourselves.

FAA, you mention getting more 20's at the TITO machine. One way to end the forum's confusion in this manner would be to specify what the value of the ticket was?

Morbid Monday. Presidents Day meant losing a couple. I won $18 on Bally’s FP BP. Just nothing beyond full houses on JOB and BP. I played two full hours and about $1,400 coin in. I lost my $25 table FP on a four to craps. Bad decision to come, worse decision to play at fifty cent level. Next trip I will beeline it to the nickel machine, where at least I can manage the losses. Net Day: -$215.

Sad for me as well. Sunday nite was tripple status points which usually means lose tripple your normal amount. I tried a comeback Monday morning only to add to the distress. After reading up some more on variance, I am heading back to tried, true, and boring JOB with a built in clone to relieve the boredom. Next trip will be Wed. We will see how it goes. Like you, I am reducing bankroll for self preservation. My new limit is 100 bucks per session. I will be trying the same clone schedule I recently posted for Joker Kings. Using that, I can survive if full houses come my way even if quads don’t. .I had to call security to get two chain smokers who looked like gang members kicked out of the non smoking section. In the old days, I used to confront them myself politely at first then, not so polite if they were A holes about it. Nowdays you risk a blade or a bullet so I let security handle it. They sent one littke guy and one knuckledragger in a suit last night.

My condolences. Hundred buck sessions are a must. The biggest mistake isn’t even at the casino. At ATM, foolhardiness reigns on trip mornings. A fool and his money are soon parted. In my case, two hours. Casino compounds that error as I go above denomination.

Yes the dreaded ATM.....especially when you get the fees rebated by your bank like I do once a month, when the rebate gets credited, you think it is like free money. My goal for 2020 that I am working on is to play the free play which in my case is offered at both casinos and that's it. Dine on them, maybe take in a free show, maybe a beer or two at the bar and split either for the room or head home. Even better, have the non alcohol beer

I just meant getting cash before leaving home. This is much to consider, however. For 2020, I think that I will simply play FP of $50 and bring twice that. No sense staying an extra hour for another $100 loss.

Successful Saturday. I won $20 on $25 Bally’s BP FP. It rose to $46, but all returned. I then hit two quads in twenty minutes. Unfortunately, they only totaled $62.50. I won my $25 table FP on a seven point hit. Harrah’s lunch; I won $3 there. Torn between shopping and play upon Boardwalk return. I chose Bally’s. I lost $100 at one point. Then I was dealt three Aces and drew the fourth for $200! Diamond guy won a ton on machine I abandoned, so even more of a relief. Net Day: +$120.

Congrats FAA, did you take any precautionary measures to guard against the Covid-19 virus?FAA wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2020 1:00 pmSuccessful Saturday. I won $20 on $25 Bally’s BP FP. No. Massive sanitizer dispenser at Bally’s, but I declined. Lucky broad hit $2,000 Ultimate X jackpot a half hour before my hit. She appeared to have multiple quad Aces with deuces. That works!
