Anyone ever play Double Bonus Deuces Wild

The lighter side... playing for entertainment, less concerned about "the math."

Anyone ever play Double Bonus Deuces Wild

Post by olds442jetaway »

I have almost but not quite come to the conclusion that most all trips will be losing ones with games like job. Unless you hit some big payouts on the tough games, and quit when you do most all trips will be losers.
That said, I was wondering if anyone plays Double Bonus Deuces Wild. I can play this game at Mohegan Sun on a Multistrike machine on 5 cent and up denominations. Even if you just play the bottom line, they allow you to bet up to 10 units so you have a certain amount of flexability there. The paytable is a 98.6 which isn't too bad. 20/9.
I haven't tried it on quarters yet, but managed to be ahead at some point every time I have tried this game. Even caught one W-2G recently on nickel play. I like the action of going for the big hits and there are at least 5 variations of them in the game. You can also try some unusual holds going for the big hits and not lose much while playing against the long term math. A couple of examples of this would be holding a lone deuce and tossing a straight, and holding a single ace and single deuce. Or even tossing three to a straight flush with a single deuce and just keeping the deuce. And finally tossing 3 to a Royal with one deuce and Ace and just keeping the deuce and the Ace. Long term of course this could cost some money, but so far it has worked out for me. The trick is the usual one....Not to give it all back!......Happy Thanksgiving to All....

Do you get paid 25 for 1 on the wild royal? If not it pays 1% less. I have briefly played the 97.68% version for nickels at my local casino. I prefer regular bonus deuces I think though mainly because we have that for full pay here.

gold coast and Orleans in lv has 99.81% game the game has wild swings sometimes you feel like a hero most times you feel like a zero, the key is hitting 5 aces for 800 coin pay off

Yes, we have 25 for 1 on the wild royal. Even so, credits really disappear quickly without the deuces coming in. Probably the most frustrating thing about any deuces game is being dealt 2 deuces and drawing nothing time and time again. Sometimes that happens all day, but I still prefer most of the deuces games over the others. Used to play quite a bit of joker kings too, 17/7, but after a couple of sessions with no joker for like 50 straight hands, I gave that up for awhile. I checked the Wizard's vp analyzer on our version of d bonus deuces wild and assuming they follow the paytable and aren't playing games with extra dud hands, the long term return is 98.6%

I'm glad you decided to bring up this game Olds! I decided to play it yesterday after I was done with playing quarters. I like it better than Bonus Deuces now!

Good job. Glad it worked out. I caught the 5 aces on it tonight with 10 nickels in. No deuces tonight, but made out OK with the aces hit. Keep them coming.

I really like DWB. Ive gotten the deuces with the Ace a few times. Very exciting game, except when the deuces come out in junk hands , or when you get 2 deuces and just make 3OAK.
