Help calculate this Keno promo.

Ok, DC has this promo where you spend $4 or more on a Keno ticket with a multiplier kicker you get a free quick pick 5 spot keno ticket. For the kicker, the cost is dbl your bet, e.g. buy a $2 ticket and it costs $4.  After the keno draw, the kicker is also drawn up to 10X. If you win (with the multiplier), you 2x or up to 10x your prize.
 
Not sure if the kicker should be considered in the overall calculation. I'm thinking of playing a $2-3 spot quick pick and getting the freebie.
 
I know that keno is one of the worst games for the player, but was wondering if this promo makes it worth it. Thanks.
