I take all the plastic and checks I need. I mean you have to win at some point right sometimes it just takes longer than other times. You can leave but you'll be back so what's the point.

Wow. I didn]t even relize I was Playing smart all these years until I read what you posted. I've always taken money that I have set aside for my trips. Then when I get there I divde in into the number of days I am there. I deal it out to myself each morning. When I am done for the day,I take whats left over and profit if any and stash it away and when I get home it goes into the bank. Even a small win to me is a win.

Pssttt, my husband and I do the same thing you do. We break our allotment down to a morning session and an evening session for the day. If I deplete my morning session, I go back to the room. When the day is over, if I am ahead, I put my winnings back in to the "envelope" and keep my session money. This works well for us.

This is very good advice for all recreational players. In fact, it's exactly what I used to do.

I do the same thing but unfortunately we arent strong willed and end up "dipping"!
