I think it has to be $1200 before you get a taxable in most places.

$4700 x .25 = $1,175.00 -- so yeah -- just under the $1,200 limit so no W2.

It surely costs the casino time and money to issue the tax form so they're probably glad when they don't have to do it.

For Keno -- the W2 plateau used to be $1,500 because 6/6 for $1 used to be $1,480 in a lot of places...my mom hit that a few times in her sojourns to Reno in the late 70's and early 80's.

I had one of those $1200 W2Gs today. Got dealt 4 aces playing quarter triple play DDB and hit two of them with kickers. Comes out to exactly $1200. That's the good news, the bad news is I ended up exactly even after 4 hours of play.

[/QUOTE]  I'm not sure about all that consummation stuff being married and all but I'll still take breaking even after 4 hrs. of VP!

The way most casinos work it if you're playing high denom with a decent bankroll is they will (a) set the machine for your buy-in, and (b) give you a watcher who records your taxable hits. All you have to do is initial the clipboard each time you have a taxable and you can keep playing without having to wait for a W2G.

Nice!  I had that happen during my last session at the nickel level.  I only got one kicker but I was grateful to get that one with the way things have been going...
