Before doing this, I would probably make sure that housekeepers can accept gaming tickets from their own casino in their state. I know MO gaming employees can't gamble at their own casino.

any casino worker can take the gaming tickets, give them to a family/friend, who can easily cash out the tickets. they do not have to gamble with them.

they better do it within 30-60 days! not sure if it by state to state basis.

It's state by state. It's illegal for missouri tickets to have an expiration date. Only state I've seen without an expiration date though.

It will be interesting to also see where the Charitable Funding is spent and if that data is revealed. Coushatta is a very transparent in most of their dealing including posting every "G statement" for the past 90 days. So I'll check in a few months and see what I can find out.

I try not to cash out coins anyway because its bad luck superstition for me so this works out great. I have a feeling cocktail waiters/ess will now have their own ticket redemption machine in the back because that is were a lot of those will end up.
