Buying fruit at Horrors is fruitless. Get a load of them apples. Orange you glad to pay $3 for citrus? It’s not even Sunkist. A pair is a staggering six bucks. Don’t even ask about pears.

Back to Harrahs’s after 2 bad trips. Turned the table. Went to the VP Bar with $20, proceeded to get into the Shock Wave 4 times. But alas 40 shots, no 4 oak. Ate at Happy Hour at M & S. Still one of the greatest burgers out there. Pre Covid it was $5, now $12 but still great. Korean chicken nuggets were outstanding, $5.

Quarters at the VP bar for two hours is definitely the way to go. Lousy tables, but much less damaging than breakneck dollar play. I’d splurge on Tazza after a jackpot, whatever those are.

Another decent trip to Harrahs’s. Was also a guest at 7* lounge, lobster bisque, oysters, shrimp cocktail and pork chops. Belvedere martini .
