I am a gold member (signed up on 01/02) but as of yesterday I was reverted back to regular status. Has anyone else experienced this problem
Also - cannot find an easy way to complain

Jim,I responded to your email about this issue. Not sure if you got that.You need to log in to the account that you signed up for gold under. You have more than one account and this is not the correct one. See the email for the correct email address to log in with. Then go to the home page and log out (upper-right corner) and then log in using the correct address.
