Pop-up Adds

My game freezes when certain pop-up adds appear at the side. I want to know how to delete these permanently.  If I could, I would not have my play interrupted and keep losing my score especially in the contests.

Are you talking about pop-up ads that appear in a new window, or the ads to the side of the gameplay?If there are specific ads that cause problems with the games please let us know the company that is running the ads and we will try to block them from the ad cycle.

Just happened again.  (Time 7"43 p.m. Wed. Eve.) It appears to be a side ad. "Will the flight you want be cheaper next week" The picture is of a ball with water and a palm tree inside. No company name appears within. Along the top is an ad for www.geotome.com. I do not know if the two are related. The computer freezes and starts running like mad. I had 12 task manager programs to delete by the time I was able to get out.  I could not complete the game!!!! Contest points lost!!!!

Alright, I'll see if we can track down a palm tree ad without a company name. Thanks for the report.

Bing predicts when fares are cheapest.

Thanks. Maybe "Bing" is the company name in this case.

Bing Ad is still freezing our game in the contest.

I thought we killed all the Bing ads but maybe a new one is running. We'll check into it right away, thanks.
