Thanks CK. It's a good reminder that we can not be too careful or alert when carrying $. I could access it by logging on: Scottsdale woman robbed driving home from casino and scrolled down to Scottsdale. 1/20/2007. She was 71 and he was armed. He stole her purse with winnings in her driveway. I do not carry my winnings in my purse! I also leave most credit and atm cards at home when visiting a casino or going on vacation.

I see now that I logged on to an almost identical story that happened some THREE years ago: in both stories a Scottsdale woman was robbed at gun point of her casino winnings. HEADS UP, SCOTTSDALE gamblers, including L! Ed, Thanks for the blue link. Can you tell us how to do that?

Robbing someone leaving a casino is pretty risky. That's like going to the desert for a drink of water. Or maybe that just me
But seriously that is why you should always get paid in the cage. imo.

And, never walk to your car alone... especially in the wee hours of the morning no matter how much cash you have on hand. Ask the security to escort you. Casino parking lots are not safe at all.
