I have a photo that I want to include with a posting on this site. The photo is located on my computer per the below address.C:Documents and SettingswhyMy DocumentsMy Pictures2013_06_06When I click on the icon "insert image" on your site, I can not tell what information that it wants from me.Any suggestions?

You have to host it on the web somewhere.
www.photobucket.com allows you to create a free account to upload photos from your computer and host pictures on the web.
It will give your picture an address. Something similar to: http://www.photobucket.com/account_name/2013_06_06.jpg
Then use "image tags" in your post to display the picture as described here:
