Four Winds - 12/19
After reading DaBurglar's recent exploits I got the itch and decided to head over to Four Winds in New Buffalo MI on Saturday night/Sunday morning. I hadn't been to a casino since Las Vegas in August so I was due.
When I got there I was disappointed to see that both DreamCard machines were in use at the time so I had to seek my entertainment elsewhere in the casino. I decided to play keno for a while and see if I could wait out the two players on DreamCard. Over the course of the next hour or so I dropped a couple hundred dollars while checking DreamCard periodically. The players were still encamped on DreamCard so I then went to play a 10 play Random Bonus machine, again checking on the DreamCard machines. I lost almost $300.00 while hoping that DreamCard may soon open up but they didn't.
I then decided to go over and play DDB 10 play over by the bar. I sat down at one machine and quickly dropped a hundred bucks and something didn't feel right so I moved over to the end machine and my very first hand was a royal while playing Deuces Wild. This first hand got me out of my $500.00 hole and gave me an instant profit of $500.00.
About 20 minutes later I was, surprisingly, gifted with another royal. I was dancing at this point. I hit some nice little payouts and I looked down and saw the meter at a few bucks over the 3k number so I cashed out right at 3k.
I went back to check on DreamCard and they were still occupied so I went back to the machine I just left; this time starting with $500.00. I was hitting 2's/3's/4's, and aces and I thought I was dreaming. I failed though to hit AWAK but I wasn't really caring. I took my initial $500.00 up to over $1,500.00. I then played it down to $1,200.00 and called it, a long night.
I left quite happy and I didn't play one hand of DreamCard all night.
I recently got a new home computer and once I figure out how to upload pictures on this machine I'll upload them. This way DaBurglar can see them so he won't complain that I "Dreamed" this all up.

congrats Ted, I mean that.I find this report of yours the most satisfying of all, simply because (as I mentioned earlier), the amount of influence I obviously hold over you, and the amount of thought and preoccupation your clearly....CLEARLY spend concerning me and what I think and what I might "say" or post, is extremely satisfying. Seriously, you probably do not even "get" just how incredibly absurd this post is (which in itself is also extremely satisfying ...) Nor do you "get" how once again you have exceeded your quota of hypocrisy, AND painted yourself into another corner (again.....SATISFYING....!) Either way I win.......I (me, myself) am the cause of your "itch" (so you stated)......you end this seemingly rosy report with concern that "I will not believe you". thus you need pictures (as if that proves anything anyway....) MOST (normal, sane) PEOPLE WOULD BE TICKLED PINK THEY WON THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU ALLEGE and would not give 3 regurgitated figs what I (or anyone else would think)......I gotta admit, after all this freudian slippage rife in this post of yours, I am actually inclined to think that........yeah, you just cooked this crap up ......It must burn you that I got ya pegged six ways to sunday huh?

Congrats on your win Ted and thanks for sharing! A little surprised about the 4 month hiatus, but I've been playing a little more than usual in those 4 months and still cannot duplicate success you had in that one night!

Thanks alpax, I have been putting more away toward a car. Plus I am also looking to Las Vegas in March. Thanks for being the first one to respond back to my post.

Thanks doris. I have to try and upload the pictures, my new computer uses a web browser that I am not totally familiar with yet and I can't cut and paste my pictures from photobucket as easily as I could before with my old web browser, Explorer.

Hey Ted, If you are using windows 10, Internet explorer is still there hidden. Its under all apps, scroll down to windows app, and its in there, or you can press the windows key and r (for run) and in the run box type iexplore. The E on the task bar in Win 10 is edge and it is not that great. You can also go to google and download chrome.

At the risk of being accused (by ted) of having an ulterior motive, and overcoming my skeptical nature and believing that with a BRAND NEW computer someone as "intelligent & clever" as TEDLARK actually cannot figure out how to do something as basic as upload a few images...........I honestly think that whatever technical difficulties you are having with trying to get your pictures onto this forum should be fairly easy to overcome if you can provide some specific info:namely, WHAT is this supposed NEW browser you are now attempting to utilize? What exactly is the issue/error message etc that you are encountering?Did you ask webman or run it by him? I'd be pretty confident he knows what or how to overcome the issue/problemo......Just trying to help, as usual.....Edited to add this:Congrats on your win Ted and thanks for sharing! A little

I missed this first time around, but that is because, unlike Ted, I do not obsess over nor pay rigid attention to the various details and specific comings and goings of the habits of Tedlark and his video poker exploits (or lack thereof.) But seriously.......DID YOU HONESTLY..........HONESTLY take a four month break ("hiatus") from any and all video poker playing????? If so, why? As long as the answer is not some absurd, self serving piece of BS, I will not comment or belittle or criticize it, I am just sincerely curious ..... because, again in all HONESTY, i find it even more satisfying that I myself could be the impetus for you to all of a sudden just up and DROP what you are doing and BREAK that long and extended of a ...."hiatus" from casinos and video poker......
