Can someone check out these games

Post by olds442jetaway »

I'm curious if any of the All Star vp games in other parts of the country pay 800 for 1 for the Royal for just bet 1. We have a few here in Ct. at Mohegan Sun, but I have never heard of any anywhere else. Here, it only pays that way on the spin poker option, but it does so for all of the games within the spin poker menu.

I am not sure olds the answer to your specific question, but I am curious to know if YOU in your experience playing ALL STAR machines and the games contained therein have truly seen or know if the results you get from playing all the "gimmicky" games the ALL STAR machines offer are truly the same as typical "NORMAL" machines like Game King or even BALLYS  with all their "normal type" games like JOB, Bonus Poker and Double Bonus?????Here is but ONE example:   I have faound that when i play a game like 5 Aces, or even the infamous  "BONUS HAND" video poker game, I experience incredibly putrid results when compared to other "normal" games!

I only play the standard games within the spin poker option and I think the gimmick games are in another section of the menu that is not spin poker. Those games do not pay 800 for 1 for bet 1. I have found that my results are better on the All Star games than game king or multi line, but all are off the norms in my opinion. You have probably read my posts about the putrid royal results again. Now the quad deuces seem to be drying up. Time to try Foxwoods I guess or kiss the new car that I desperately need good bye again this year. Before someone jumps on my bandwagon about giving up a necessity due to vp losses, the newcarless year if it happens would be by choice and my own punishment not because I don't have the money to buy one. Besides, I still love the old Saturn. It is just getting really tired and needy. 326k miles and counting on the original drivetrain.

Anyone have time to check this out yet....Just curious. I have a feeling there aren't any other ones out there with the 800 for 1 payoff at bet 1.

I have not seen 800:1 for single coin royal in Maryland but the machines are All Star Poker II. I think I saw All Star Poker in A.C. but they were 250:1. I got a Royal playing Spin Poker single line on the ASPII machines 3 weeks ago. My wife was dealt a Royal 20 minutes before mine playing a dedicated STP machine while playing 3 lines. She got another Royal yesterday (drew the Ace) playing an All Star Poker II Extra Draw Frenzy game. With all your hands played and no RF, I would never play that machine again. I hope you have better results at Foxwoods. Video Poker is much more fun when you are winning!
