I’m starting to believe in bet escalation. Late quads are of little consolation. That gambit usually costs me at least $20.

I don’t know if anyone remembers, Mohegan Sun yanked my comp rooms. I was determined to punish them accordingly by staying at Foxwoods, playing at both casinos, but hitting and running with any wins at Mohegan Sun. I think someone there is starting to get nervous. Some if my weekday room offers are back at Mohegan. No weekends yet, but a Sunday here and there. Don’t they realize yet that human weakness in the gambler will lead to more hours of play after being refreshed with a simple overnight stay on the house. Instead of a few hours of play on non room days, they can easily squeak out of me 8 hours the first night and another 5 or 6 before going home the next afternoon. The old words you stay you pay may be finally sinking in to them a bit. Time will tell I guess

Arizona is the place to play high stakes bingo. Where we go when the wife is well enough, Level one pays $800 and level 2 $1199 for regular games. Specials can pay more as do some planet bingo jackpots. No idea about AC. You can even go into the regular casino and play VP during intermission or before or after the approximately 4 hour evening session.

Not ready for the parlors yet. I must be more aggressive. Too much squandered wins of late!

I never could wrap myself around bingo and I’v tried. I’m glad though that you and Mrs. OTA are able to get out and enjoy it. Keep moving as much as we can as we age.

Carpe diem. With all this travel, I may as well heartily pursue that handpay.

Thanks Olds. Wish we could. Hoping we will be able to go one of these days. Need a little good developments on the health front.olds442jetaway wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2019 7:23 amI never could wrap myself around bingo and I’v tried. In keeping with my new rules, until Mohegan Sun changes their tune, I hit with the clone and am running with their 200 bucks now mine to Foxwoods. Be careful is the rule of the day. You don’t find 200 bucks in every crack in the sidewalk!

Yes, absolutely. It’s token, forgettable fun to trudge there and back for $50 or even $100. Every five minutes I must bet $10 for a hand or two. A $250 quad would nicely cover a lost prior trip.
