just as we should have expected, the liberal media is starting to take shots at DR. BIRX. why, because she criticized the false news that there were no icu beds in nyc and her stating that nyc had thousands of unused ventilators. remember, trump had delivered 4000+ to them and they were put in storage, cuomo admitted as much.

she is a fact based scientist, she tells things as she sees them. just as fauci does. but, do not dare to offer some positive news, because that goes against the media's story that everything is in turmoil and the world is ending. their story, everything trump is a failure. if one does not toe the line, they will destroy you.

no wonder the media has such low approval ratings.

abbott labs announced that they will begin shipping 50,000 coronavirus tests per day, starting next week. why is this important, the new test only takes FIVE minutes to get a result...5 mins.

You have probably been to that big restaurant that closed a long time ago with the atrium, planters punches etc. My mom loved that place. Name?

Given what is happening in the NYC area, I think this will have long reaching impacts on the NYC real estate market. People have been leaving NYC in droves since this thing has broken. Going to the Hamptons, Upstate NY, Jersey shore, Florida etc. Anywhere but NYC.When this is all over, I expect an exodus from a city of 8 &1/2 million people, 5 million of which take the subway everyday and a million or two more on buses, ferries etc. Disease can spread easily in that environment.

CC, unfortunately, they are also taking the virus, that many are carrying, with them and spreading it. not only is nyc the epicenter in the usa, but also the biggest distributor of that same virus, to the rest of the nation.

there is one group (won't mention the name because some are offended) that loves density, thinks that is the way we should all live (must be an environmental thing).

would be interesting if this virus were traceable throughout the country, my guess the majority would all source back to tri-state area. if that is the case, thanks!

We are getting flooded with New Yorkers here in Connecticut I had to change my walking exercise route because of it. Of course they have the money and either own or rent homes right on the water. They usually don’t come here until the summer but they’re here now

at some point in time, just like folks (those who are sane and not paid chinese spokesman) will eventually blame the chinese for allowing this virus to develop/spread and not informing the world, others will blame those coming/returning from china for bringing it to our shores, there will be some who will rightfully criticize those from nyc, for then spreading the virus to the rest of the country. not all, but many know exactly what they are doing. and now, with them leaving the tri state area, they are starting to overwhelm the small communities they have fled to.

a little good news from what i saw at cuomo's presser, the growth of the virus MAY (not sure) be slowing. and, he added, that while there are some healthcare facilities that are overwhelmed, others in nyc are not as busy. they have beds, plenty of ventilators and protective gear. he says one of the bigger problems is that well equipped facilities are not sharing equipment with those who need it.

a louisiana state official is now accepting responsibility that mardi gras should not have been allowed to take place. same official is also saying many in their state are not practicing the basic mandates. when all is over, i wonder how much of this could have been averted, if more had taken the basic precautions.
