 
 Been 4 and a half months since my last Royal, sure felt good! Number 11 this year.

We have a good family friend recovering from the exact same type of Stroke you had. Working with pt on his left side as well. He had no prior health issues and is your age.  Not older than me. Then again, I haven't done marathon sessions since going to Vegas with my late wife in 2017. My cutback in activity relates to finding alternative things to do last winter. Before I would go for 1 - 1/12 hours a few days a week during the "lockdown". Since New Years, I have only been to the casino about 1/2 dozen times for  1- 1/2 hour sessions.
