There are some new invasive species of ticks this year. They are bad news. Especially after a hike in the woods, one needs to carefully check clothes and jump into the shower. Even then, they can win the hide and seek game. If one just latches onto you, don’t just rip it out leaving pieces embedded that can cause all kinds of issues. Lots of tricks on the internet to removing them. Now where were we on the fixture issue…….oh yeah. Glad it is holding for now.
