Thanks all. And FAA, Angel Hair is my favorite. I like a good red sauce on almost everything, so a little on my Asparagus is no problem for me. . Actually, Capellini is my favorite. Hard to find sometimes, just like in VP an open 9/6 JOB machine. The Mrs had more meatballs in the pot. I just take one at a time so I don’t over eat.

Yes, although capellini can be overpowered by a heavy red sauce. It’s not something you readily find on the shelves. Sauce would impair the crisp clean taste of a vegetable for me.

Love Asparagus! Plain, a little cheese, or a little sauce. Usually plain is the best. Just like sometimes plain old JOB! 9/6 of course.

Me too! I've never been able, though, to understand how it gets through your system so fast to create that strong aroma when you pee.

I just read some updates on proposals to get rid of the horrible tax changes in the Big Beautiful Bill. ( BBB ). I don’t have all the details, but I read that for now, the proposed changes to help gamblers were blocked in the Senate in July. Hopefully, this isn’t dead yet. If I learn anything else, I will post here or on the BBB thread.
