Second royal of the year,premeditated

 Hi all, I have been viewing posts here almost daily as long as I have been a member. I have decided to make a post. I was at an Indian casino in Az. this past Friday and lost 540.00 on a DB 8/5 .25 chasing the RF. Well, some was lost playing $ 9/6 DB. Anyway on Saturday I was feeling like that RF was mine, I looked in the mirror and told myself I was going to go win the .25 RF and it was going to be a Diamond RF and if I did I would not play another hand and I would leave immediately. Well, I went and played 35 minutes with a investment of $40 in the machine. The whole time,every hand, I was telling myself in my head 'the Royal is mine' and was dealt 3 to the RF,you guessed it Diamonds. As I saw it I knew it was going to hit and as I pushed the button it did. A Diamond RF! I almost had a panic attack it freaked me out so bad. Seriously! I have won more before, but not had this reaction. I collected and then cashed out $7.50 and left. I did not play another single hand. I feel blessed, as I will add the extra money to my trip to Germany in October to see my daughter, who is in the USAF. I won the first .25 RF of the year on the last $20 of $100 bankroll at the same casino in June, switched to $ and hit 4A for $800 and left. However, I am down about 2K for the year total.

Question... If a .25 royal pays $1k, how did you only cash out with $7.5?

I would imagine the RF was a hand pay and the $7.50 was what was left on the machine.
 
Congrats PokerDR. If you can do this mental RF trick whenever you want you will be rich.

Shoot, that ain't nuthing....I do that a lot. I will draw, for instance, two to the royal and I will shut my eyes and think really hard, "Queen, King, Jack of diamonds" as I hit the draw button. Then I open my eyes and look at the screen and, voila, it doesn't work! Like magic I tell ya!

It never works for me, but I've only tried it 39,999 times. Maybe on the next one.

If I had a dollar for every time I knew a RF was about to hit (and didn't), I'd be as rich as our favorite reflection-generator.    I must have had that feeling about 192K times last year.
