I am a new Gold member...ok, no music please, and cannot get chat...so why be Gold I ask? I posted a blog on this forum to no avail...so what should I do?

I had a problem a little while ago when I signed on at another computer. This appeared to automatically sign me off at my home computer. Took me a few minutes to figure out I needed to sign back in when I got home.
