strategy card question - 9/6 job
using a strategy card for JOB 9/6. the card says two high cards are better then a 4 card flush. but on vpgenius it says to hold the 4 card flush. what is the right strategy for this hand. the two high cards were an A & J. i'm still new at video poker.

What does it say for playing DDB about holding 4 card flush or a pair (given they are not 22,33,44,AA)  I normally go for the flush 1 in 9 compared to 1 in 24?  Is that a wrong play?

Most trainers will tell you to hold the hi pair (J-A) versus a FL4 because you surrender return for another card. Why would you give away return? FL4 is the correct hold vs. a lower pair (2-T) however.

Sorry meant to say a non paying pair 5-10.  So its better to go for the flush instead of a non paying pair to go for trips or quads?  I normally do unless its 2,3,4 then I hold when playing DDB or especially TDB.  Guessing thats a wrong play but I'd rather risk it for the little quads 800/2000.
