The Dream Card is random. The frequency is different for different game types (many Dream Cards on Deuces Wild, fewer on DDB, etc). The frequency of Dream Cards on your current game can be found within the game interface.Open the game.Click on "See Pays / Help" in the bottom left. Then click "Help" in the bottom left again. Then click "Next Page" The frequency will be given as a percentage of deals. 59% means a Dream Card will be activated 59% of the time, on average, at random. As for whether it is available in casinos yet, I will see if I can get any info on this for you.

The Dream Card video poker is at Redrock Station Casino, but I noticed today that the two machines is currently out of service.
I am also for this machine in other casinos, if you do locate this machine in another casino please let me know.
Thanks

I know Red Rock and probably Green Valley and the other Station casinos have Dream Card. We enjoyed playing it recently at Red Rock. Isle of Capri Lake Charles will be receiving 2 in mid December.
