Yesterday Morning
Having to pick up a special order Christmas gift around the corner from
Ft. McDowell yesterday, I had an hour to kill before it was ready.
Armed only with $100 in "Free Play", and my choice of games in a near
empty casino, I'm down to $92., and slow playing to kill time, when I hold 3 to a Royal. Surprise. Surprise. Merry Christmas toooooooooo me. Needless to say, the attendants were on top of things and processed my hand pay in short order. Merry Christmas to them.I switched over to $1, and right off the bat was dealt 4 Jacks for
$250., and thought I probably have worn out my welcome and decided move
to the old standby $1 games I like near the bar.I pop in a $50, which is how this place breaks up a hundred on hand pays, ($50, 2-$20's and a $10) rather than all $20's and start slow playing to kill a little more time, as I still have 20 minutes left of my allotted time. Well wouldn't you know it, I'm dealt 3 A's and blessed with the 4th on the re-draw. Again Merry Christmas tooooooooooo me. Total casino time 47 minutes. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to us all.CK

Thanks, it was hard work. Not a bad hourly rate of pay either.

If only every hour worked out that well. It's those darn $1000+/hour losses that screw things up.

Way to go CK, it seems like you are the only one that has had some nice hits to share with us as of late. Good luck to all, Ted.
