Dream Card, Ultimate X @ Red Rock/Palms?
Headed to RR/Palms in May. Wife and I love Dream Card and figure RR & Palms has it. But, does anyone know what denominations Dream Card and Ultimate X are available at the two? What the pay tables are?

Hey Larry,
Last time I checked The Palms has neither Dreamcard nor Ultimate X. The Palms has more traditional VP games. I do remember seeing STP with a bad pay table at The Palms and they do have 5-play multistrike with a decent paytable. If you do play multistrike though, make sure the RF returns 4000, as many games only return 1250.
As for Red Rock they have both games you're looking for. They started in December with 2 Dreamcard machines with excellent pay tables. When I was there in Febuary, there were appr 5 machines including spin poker Dreamcard. The pay tables had been reduced. From what I remember, deuces wild was the terrible 20-10-8 starting at quarters. DDB and TDB were better, but remember the Dreamcard comes out much less in those games vs deuces. As far as Ultimate X, Red Rock has many multi-denomination games starting at 5-cent with 6-5 pay tables going up to 8-5 for DDB for quarters. There may be 9-5 as well for even higher denoms.
The best pay tables for these type of games were at The M, but even they reduced the returns recently. There was a STP machine at The M that had a 9/6 DDB and 8/5 Bonus Poker starting at 3-play quarters. That game is gone now. Good luck Larry.

Mule,
Thanks for the response on the Palms, RR and the heads up on M. We missed going to M last trip so we might try to include it this time.
Our local Dream Card is really low and rarely gets played. I have played is several times but lost every time even on DW. I did see a couple do pretty well last trip but they were in a "streak" for about 30 minutes. A truck driver high roller I know played Dream Card DW one night for 14 hours. On our last trip he told me during that time he hit 31- 4 Deuces and still lost $4000 for the night.
