Chat line freezing up

Dear Webman do you have any idea my my chats arent showing up, or I keep getting message that says cant connect, trouble seemed to really start yesterday and today, could it be something on my end or the chat line itself.    thank you Katypug

Only a couple of people have reported the "can't connect" message in the past. Are you on dial-up or high speed internet (cable/dsl)?

i get that message a few times a weekim on cable broadband

The chat requires a constant connection. So either something is going out very briefly on your end (assuming it comes back up) or on ours, or somewhere in between. If this isn't happening to everyone in the chat, then it's likely on the user end, a router, or the isp. There may not be much we can do about it at this time unless it looks like an issue with our server. I can review the logs and see if there is loss on our end.
