Hit 3 royals in a 4 day vegas trip, but won only 387.50. First one hit at Palms playing wheel 5 cent triple play bonus poker. Cost was a buck a hand 20 credits per hand. Held 2 to a royal and oops one came in 4000 nickels or 200.00. Not so bad. It gets worse. We had comp rooms for 2 nights at Caesar's (the night the president was there) and my wife will play lower return Video poker quarter machines. I guess to pay back the comp rooms.... Well she hits  four fours for 100.00 and a couple of full houses, flushes etc.She has @150 in Machine and sees that I'm low on cash and leaves to get some money from ATM. I sit down and continue to play her machine. I can't hit a thing  and I've lost 35.00 of her "win" while pitch hitting for her. So I start playing 2 credits only so I don't wipe out her credits. Well sure enough 4 hands later I get 4 to the royal and pull a ten of spades to hit. The wife comes back and sees 240.00 on machine and asks what did I hit. 125.00 win vs 1000.00. I know better but, worse she has never had  a royal.  My last foopah..Playing at the airport had 1/2 hour to kill, looking for nickel machine, can't find, so I play 25 cent machine deuces wild 25 cent at time..Hold 3 to royal in hearts and BINGO. $62.50

 PB, you are soooo baad.  Boops is correct:  if you can't play the max, don't play.  I sure hope you have learned your lesson!  Now when you hit your next royal, it ALL belongs to your wife!

Just keep in mind that you probably would not have had the last two RFs if you were playing full coin. It changed your timing when you pressed bet one the first time. After that everything that follows is different.

More bad luck.... last gasp to win at wheel poker, dealt in triple play 4 AWAK,I  a three I believe but was playing bonus poker. 1200 credits vs 6000 for DDB. Can't second guess about TDB as I never play that game with real money. Too much variance.
 
If you ever stay at Caesar's stay in the Augustus Tower and ask for an upper floor room w/ a view of the Bellagio H2O show. It cost us a 50.00 per night upgrade fee but was worth every $.  Got to see the police close off the strip and Flamingo road for the Obamas. They stayed at Caesar's Palace Thurs Pm. Maybe I can blame them for my videopoker trevails.

Its not as bad as all that.  You could have been the guy who was short playing the Megabucks machine next to his wife and hit it. Then she hit him.............over and over again until security arrived.
