How Are New Games Added?

I was wondering just now...when a new game is featured on VP.com, like the most recent addition, Double Super Times Pay poker, from where do these game variations come?

Are they made by any game programmers that work for VP.com?

Can we make suggestions as to what video poker variations we'd like to see added to the already impressive collection of games, or no?

Who wields the decision making power on game additions? What's the policy?

We love to hear any and all suggestions. Generally speaking, the video poker games on this site are all approved and ready to go into casinos or already in casinos. I would like to see the game Triple Trouble on here.
The game with the random devil symbols and when you get 3 you go  into the Triple Trouble round  where  your winnings for 3 free hands are trippled!
