Re: Fa La La La La.... La la la la Groupies
This warrants posting again. Usually when I identify my documented proof, people end up silent or they walk away and hope no one notices. Funny, seems everyone's interested in Fa La La La La.... La la la la showing proof or playing with someone around, yet no one steps up to either plate. I know that everyone but the luckiest of players lose in gambling (DUH!) and seeing a consistent winner's hard to take. But I'm real good at shutting critics up, and I've got a paper that supports me doing that.

Exactly, and rascal is of course wrong in his assumption. And my way of proving my winning is also exactly why Fezzik & shadow found escape routes to the bet and why my public challenge to any math guru-doubter or guru-wannabee has never been accepted. Rascal, don't be saying there's no way to prove it because if there wasn't then at least one of these big mouths would have stepped up to the plate instead od cowering away hiding behind their computers. What's most telling? That I included the point that if there were still any doubts after reviewing the documentation, I would pay for an argitrator to step in and make a decision--which would be FINAL & BINDING. Seems to me anyone who REALLY doesn't believe me would jump on this.
In case you're interested, here's the proper line-up of documentation I'm fully prepared to present--not what you mentioned.
1. Every time I've went to Nv. to play (single-play strategy) I've gone to my bank and withdrew $17,200--and a few times another $40,000 if I needed to play the $100 machines. There's an irrefutable record of that. Upon completion of the session, I either immediately went to the LV branch (if it was open) or the one in Phx. the next day and re-deposited my initial withdrawal plus winnings--or minus losses.
2. Alone #1 means a lot but is not all-telling. That's why I'll submit my contemporaneous IRS-required gaming records from each trip that exactly correspond to my withdrawal/re-deposit records at the bank.
3. Still in doubt? I've had 3 IRS audits since 1999, and the findings (in writing) in each of those (one a multi-year audit) meticulously correspond to both my contemporaneous gaming records and my bank withdrawal/re-deposit records. This review will include my entire tax returns for each year, and nothing will be "blacked out". My wife's info is in there too, which is a reason for the hefty amount of the bets plus the reason I'll have an NDA signed by anyone who looks at my personal information.
4. Not enough? Then take a chance on the Fa La La La La.... La la la la-paid, court-appointed arbitrator. I've contacted channel 3 in LV in the past to see if they'd be interested in following/filming this unprecedented proof-or-gambling winning, and they wanted it. So I imagine if you want to be famous, they still are interested.
So is anyone interested? How about 10 or 12 big mouths here pool their resources?? I'll even write another Gaming today article on it but be careful--already in the past Fezzik and shadow showed bravery until it came time to officially accept, then they ran like children after getting scolded. Both episodes were published. And you wonder why shadow is obsessed (i.e., angered) with me?

Means absolutely nothing. The money could simply be moved from one account to another. Anyone could easily produce this kind of record if that was their intention.

Give us a break. You write something down on paper and call that proof? This is hilarious.

The fact is the tax return could be a bogus return. How are we to know you ACTUALLY filed this return? No one has access to the IRS records so this could be another proof not worth the paper it is written on. Interestly, this is exactly what Rob said in another forum when I told him I'd show him my tax returns as proof I had won. I wonder where he got this idea ...

So, what's stopping you? What does anyone here have to do with it? No bet is required. Call up channel 3 and see if they'll do it. Don't be surprised if the laughing gets extremely loud when you mention your name.
Rob, you have been over this in many other forums. The consensus of everyone (including those giving you the benefit of the doubt) is that past winnings can NEVER be proven.

Once again, Rob uses rhetoric, bravado and lies (R-B-L). Put or shut up Rob. That is your choice. It costs you exactly ZERO to have rascal watch. You have a 75% chance of winning any given session so what's your problem? Of course, this is exactly the same situation you have been in several times before. You have always backed down. Personally, I don't think Rob could ever bring himself to gamble at the denoms he claims and the loss of $15,000 is beyond his means. This is simply more bravado.

Okay lets go at this a different way. I see where you say you withdrew another $40K if you needed to play the $100 machines. That sounds like you were down quite a bit and needed to re-coop your losses. Surely if you found yourself in this situation it could'nt have worked everytime (playing the $100 machines) and your loss for that trip had to be big. So what is the most you have ever lost on one trip?

Shadow takes the Devil's Advocate approach, and a silly one at that. any surprise?
1. I've made over 200 trips to gamble in Nv. According to your neurosis, I withdraw $17,200 at one bank, then go to another and withdraw whatever I "feel like claiming I won" on that trip, I drive 300 miles to Nevada with the cash (as proven by my dated credit card and rental car stmts.) don't play, then re-deposit everything at the bank thereby creating a record and fantasy that I've won something! OVER 200 TIMES!! Let me write that down for future reference.
2. Do you understand what a contemporaneous gambling record is? It's required by the IRS. Just about every trip produced multiple W2G's to support that I played. Then you have my audit reports that exactly correspond to the play claims, the winning claims, and the the fact that my profit was exactly as I reported on my site and to the IRS.
3. You can retrieve past tax returns from the IRS for 15 years and I've done it. They come with an "IRS Certified Document" stamp and there's an IRS Archives section that the taxpayer can call to discuss anything you want. The doubter would of course be side-by-side with me on the call.
4. What's stopping YOU?? If you're so sure none of this means anything then by all means why wouldn't you do it? Easy money, right? After all, the Arbitrator would SURELY rule in your favor!
I like how you try to comfort yourself after putting that weak segment together, but claiming "gee Rob, it's a consensus that past winnings can't be proven". You and they also say I haven't won as I said.
I'm trying to figure out how you can stand looking so weak

I've played the $100 machines maybe 6 times, not sure. I've lost the $40k once but had some cashouts along the way to keep my losses 'down' to just under $34k.

Rob, when you play video poker do you have the entire casino to yourself? Do they clear out the casino when you have one of your sessions? Just wondering.....sign me: "Idiot"

Whatever that question was for makes just about as much sense as the two Phoenix Suns getting suspended yesterday while Duncan did not for doing the exact same thing earlier in Monday's game.

Babybubba, you are being excessively paranoid here and accusing others of exactly what you were accused of. Take a step back. This is not a vast conspiracy against you that took months to carry out. I have had correspondence with many of our members outside of this forum and you are simply incorrect in your assertions.
No surprise. You initially come on and say that other guy (Denny?) wasn't me after shadow nervously "asserted" it was, then you say nothing about his paranoia of worrying about my having multiple computers, and in fact, bought his side based on "assumptions".
Now, while I'm giggling over him being caught having at least two aliases here and 3 on the other forum (ever get the idea he's OBSESSED over me?) and while he's squirming out of betting me on another thread here, you're missing the point that all I want him to do is make that bet with me. Of course, someone who's gloating about a $1370 profit might be too embarrassed to ask if we could lower the bet. [/QUOTE]
Mr. Fa La La La La.... La la la la please take your medication and back away from that glass.
We can all hear the the ice rolling around each time you speak. Seek professional help for the sake of your family. People that have made something for themselves do not go around spouting off and making big false claims as you unless they have deep mental problems. People enjoy their success if it is real not spend thier time ranting that it is something secret like buying property with no money down and making a fortune. Am I making sense to you? I hope so and I am trying to be nice and hope you do seek help. I have seen you up close thru security cameras and watched you play. You cannot stay away from the high dollar machines and you seem to have a type of orgasam or episode when aces are dealt and you hit draw. You have a routine of strumming the machine with your fingers and talking to yourself. I am assuming this is some sort of good luck ritual or superstition, or maybe just due to your insecurities, or all the above. Only a professional shrink could tell us that.
No one is obessed with you here. If you have been blessed with an occasional jackpot here or their be grateful for that along with your inheritance and that your spouse is still healthy enough to be employed.
May I suggest you get some exercise as you are looking frail. has your liver been tested lately? Be sure to get 7-8 hr of sleep per night. Passing out does not count as good sleep and alcohol does not count as fluid sustitute.
Also I can recommend a good dermatologist to help with those white heads or pimples or whatever on your face.
