A popup blocker shouldn't be a problem. If you're getting to a blue screen, then that isn't the issue. Does it say "Preparing game" in white text on the blue screen, or is it just blank blue?

I am having the same problem.  I played one game and it was fine.  Since then, the ad will not play and, of course, the contest never comes up.

I don't have a blue screen.  I have the same as what is pictured on page 1, like it is getting ready to play the ad but it never does.  When I played one game about two hours ago, it was working fine.

If you don't have an ad blocker running, try clearing your browser cache and see if that fixes it.

That depends on your web browser, it's different in all of them (and with different versions). It's also called "Temporary Internet Files" in IE.
